SMOKED SALMON PIZZA APPETIZER
Pairs perfectly with my pinot grigio

1 Stefano spinach and ricotta pizza
120gr smoked salmon slices
3 tbsp crème fraiche
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
1 tsp lemon zest
Freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil for drizzling
- Bake the pizza according to the instructions on the box.
- Once out of the oven, place the pizza on a cutting board and allow it to cool slightly.
- Lay the smoked salmon slices over the top of the pizza, then dollop crème fraiche all over. Sprinkle chives and lemon zest and freshly ground black pepper. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cut into thin slices and serve.
