Smoked salmon pizza appetizer

  • 1 Stefano spinach and ricotta pizza
  • 120gr smoked salmon slices
  • 3 tbsp crème fraiche
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for drizzling


  1. Bake the pizza according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Once out of the oven, place the pizza on a cutting board and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Lay the smoked salmon slices over the top of the pizza, then dollop crème fraiche all over.  Sprinkle chives and lemon zest and freshly ground black pepper.  Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Cut into thin slices and serve.
