This is THE classic Italian-American dressing. Zingy and super tasty, it goes well with salads, but it can also be used as a marinade or even as a dip. It's so easy to make, you can forget the store-bought stuff and make your very own flavour enhancer!

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients, except for the oil, and blend on high speed for 15-30 seconds.
  2. Slowly stream in the olive oil until well combined.
