One of my favourite red grape varieties: nerello mascalese. It makes elegant, easy-to-drink wines that are also light and fruity. This one pairs well with simple moments and simple dishes like pizza margherita, pasta with tomato sauce or grilled sausages. It’s also amazing with an antipasto platter!
