Grilled Corn and Sausage Salad

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place sausages on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them halfway to ensure an even finish.
- Lightly oil the red onions, zucchinis, and ears of corn.
- Place onion rings on the grill, then the corn, and zucchini strips. Grill for a few minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, prepare the raw vegetables by mixing the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers in a large bowl.
- Once cooked, remove the sausages and vegetables from the grill. Let cool, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Chop the grilled zucchini strips and onion rings, and transfer to the bowl with the raw vegetables.
- Carefully slice the corn kernels off the grilled cobs and add to the same bowl.
- Slice the grilled sausages and add to the bowl.
- Add the chopped parsley and hand-torn basil to the bowl.
- Dress the salad with the olive oil, white wine vinegar condiment, and lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Crumble the feta on top of the salad and serve. Buon appetito!
